Milan has over 25 years of experience in managing, marketing, public relations, and coaching in the tennis industry.  His experience includes being the former Director of Tennis at the Topnotch Resort in Stove, Vermont, and the Midland Community Tennis Center in Midland, Michigan.  He has served as the RSPA Michigan and Vermont State President, Division Vice President, and as an executive member of the USPTA Midwest and New England Division since 2000.  Milan has been a popular lecturer on tennis marketing, teaching, coaching, and facility management at the RSPA tennis conventions since 1999.  Milan attended the PSK Olympic Prague Tennis Academy in the Czech Republic and was a member of the 1991 Czech National Championship Team.

On the non-tennis side, Milan is one of the coaches for the US Olympic Ski Mountaineering (SkiMo) team that will be competing in the Olympics in 2026.

Wilbur is a RSPA Elite Professional.  He is also certified by the PTR and USRSA-MRT.  Wilbur is owner and operator of Shardlow Tennis and is a member of New England Racquet Services.

Stu Lehr, Treasurer

Stu is an RSPA certified pro who has instructed tennis for over thirty years. He started running junior programs during his high school years, then went on to play at Southern Connecticut State University.  After college, he started teaching full time in Connecticut, then took the opportunity to teach tennis at the Grand Wailea Resort on Maui. He took a break from teaching to join the corporate world for a few years, but in 2013, Stu returned back to his passion of teaching tennis full time. He spent 6 years as the Director of Tennis at the Manchester Bath & Tennis Club, and working in the winters as an Assistant Pro at Bass River Tennis Club. While still at Bass River during the winter seasons, Stu’s primary job is the General Manager of The Beach Club in Swampscott, MA. Over the years, Stu has become certified in Pickleball and Platform tennis. He has been the USPTA/RSPA Massachusetts State President for the last few years. He loves playing tennis, pickleball, padel, platform tennis, and talking about the clay court he restored for an old estate in Gloucester, which has become a local gem. Along with those loves, Stu has a passion for networking and bringing people together.

Nestor Bernabe, Secretary

Nestor is an ATP-ranked former professional, and an NCAA All-American.  Nestor is owner and director of the Providence Tennis Academy, which has successfully operated for over 18 years.  Nestor holds elite certifications from RSPA, and PTR, a USTA High Performance certification, and is certified with the iTPA.  He has received numerous honors including the 2025 RSPA National Star Award.

As a coach, Nestor has guided athletes to 9 Rhode Island State Singles titles, and10 Players of the Year.  He has coached USTA state and national team championships.  With 4 years of college coaching experience, Nestor continues to elevate tennis development at the regional and national levels both as a coach and player on the ITF Senior Tour.

Glenny Hay, Vice President

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Glenny was the #1 ranked player in the nation during her junior career. A standout professional, she represented the Dominican Fed Cup Team for seven years and still holds the national record for the most doubles wins in the tournament's history. Her legendary career has earned her inductions into two Halls of Fame: her native San Pedro de Macorís and Shorter University.

Glenny’s coaching career is equally distinguished. During her tenure as an assistant coach at Fairfield University, she helped guide both the men's and women's teams to the 2011 NCAA Division I Tournament. Now a beloved fixture in the Fairfield, CT tennis community, Glenny brings her expertise to every session—whether she is leading high-energy women’s clinics or introducing a junior to their first racket. When she isn't on the court, Glenny enjoys reading, listening to music, and watching movies.

Dan McCormick, Vice President

Dan is a 40 year RSPA member. He first got his start coaching tennis at clubs near his home town of Westerly, RI.  The last 25 years Dan has been a director of racquets sports on the Northshore of Boston coaching tennis, platform tennis, squash, and badminton. Dan is an RSPA Elite Professional, RSPA Platform tennis certified, and RSPA pickleball certified. Dan also spent 7 years as a racquet technician at the U.S. Open.

Lisa Wilcott, Immediate Past President

Lisa Wilcott is an RSPA Elite Tennis Professional and Pickleball Professional.  She served as Tennis Director for 30 years at the York Golf & Tennis Club in York Maine. Lisa was a Senior Teaching Professional for two years at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, RI.  She was the only female tennis professional on staff at that time. Lisa continues to be involved with Team FAME, which is and NJTL out of the ITHOF.  She is an RSPA Elite Professional, is on the board of Tennis Without Borders as Vice President, is on the USTA DE&I committee, and a member of the USTA NE Women's Cohort. Since 2020 Lisa has travelled and worked with Gigi Fernandez, Martina Navratilova, Tracy Austin and The Bryan Brothers at Celebrity Camps in the US.

Pam DodmanExecutive Director

Pam Dodman is an RSPA Elite Professional and Pickleball Certified Professional.  Pam has been a tester, District USPTA president, and has served on various USPTA/RSPA boards.  Pam received the USPTA New England Pro of the Year Award and USPTA New England Tester of the Year Award in 2009.  Pam is also the Tennis Coach Developer for the RSPA New England Division/  Pam played Division I tennis at Miami University in Oxford, OH and received the Female Scholar Athlete Award her senior year.
