Lisa Wilcott served as Tennis Director for 30 years at the York Golf & Tennis Club in York Maine. Lisa is currently a Senior Teaching Professional at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport RI. She is a USPTA Elite Professional, is on the board of Tennis Without Borders as Vice President, is on the USTA DE&I committee, and a member of the USTA NE Women's Cohort. Since 2020 Lisa has travelled and worked with Gigi Fernandez, Martina Navratilova, Tracy Austin and The Bryan Brothers at Celebrity Camps in the US.

Milan has over 25 years of experience in managing, marketing, public relations, and coaching in the tennis industry. His experience includes being the former Director of Tennis at the Topnotch Resort in Stove, Vermont, and the Midland Community Tennis Center in Midland, Michigan. He has served as the USPTA Michigan and Vermont State President, Division Vice President, and as an executive member of the USPTA Midwest and New England Division since 2000. Milan has been a popular lecturer on tennis marketing, teaching, coaching, and facility management at the USPTA tennis conventions since 1999. Milan attended the PSK Olympic Prague Tennis Academy in the Czech Republic and was a member of the 1991 Czech National Championship Team.

Christy is the USTA New England Section Adult League Coordinator, a USTA Tennis Service Representative for Southeastern Massachusetts & Rhode Island, and Adult Learn to Play Specialist. She is also an Assistant Professor and Curriculum Consultant for Bridgewater State University's Professional Tennis Management Master's Degree Program. Christy is chair of the USPTA NE Public Relations Committee and a member of the USPTA Strength and Conditioning Committee and assisted rewriting the Strength and Conditioning Specialist I Curriculum.

Wilbur is a USPTA Elite Professional. He is also certified by the PTR and USRSA-MRT. Wilbur is owner and operator of Shardlow Tennis and is a member of New England Racquet Services.
Kristen Gerety, Vice President

Kristen is the Assistant Director of Tennis and Pickleball Programs at the Newport County YMCA. She also serves as the Head Coach for the RM Tides, a co-op boys high school tennis team for Newport and Middletown, RI. She serves on the Advisory Committee for TeamFAME, a NJTL chapter at the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Before moving to the Newport area, she was a tennis teaching professional at the Cambridge Tennis Club and Woburn Racquet Club. She served as Head Coach at Saugus High School, where she was recognized as four-time Northeast Conference Coach of the Year. She has also coached collegiate teams at Lesley University and Bentley University. Kristen serves as the Chair of the Membership Committee for USPTA New England.

Mike is a USPTA Elite Professional. He is Director of Tennis at the Apex Racket & Fitness in Portland, Maine. Mike specializes in junior performance players and academy training. A former #1 ranked junior, Mike played collegiate tennis at Brown University and continues to play competitively. He is excited to be a part of the USPTA and help grow tennis in New England by empowering new coaches and helping students achieve their goals.

Mike is a USPTA Elite Professional, a certified wheelchair tennis pro, and was a member of USTA’s National Workshop faculty for 15 years. Presently Mike is the Director of Tennis at the Northampton and South Hadley Recreation Departments and at Tennis at Maple Ridge – a small indoor facility in western MA. Mike is also the Interim Head Tennis Coach at Smith College. Past honors include: 2016 USTA WMA Volunteer of the Year, 2012 Joseph Dietz Bowl, 2011 NE Pro of the Year, and the 2010 Dan Bonfigli Award. Ranked #1 in New England eleven times in Doubles and once in Singles.

Pam Dodman is a USPTA Elite Professional who has been a member of the USPTA since 1990. She has been a tester, District USPTA president, and has served on various USPTA boards. Pam received the USPTA New England Pro of the Year Award and USPTA New England Tester of the Year Award in 2009. Pam is also the Tennis Coach Developer for the USPTA New England Division, and is a member of the USTA NE Women's Cohort.
